CRAFTERS AND ARTISTS ---

YOU ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR 7TH ANNUAL SPRING KICK OFF OPEN HOUSE AND GARDEN ARTS AND CRAFT SHOW. SATURDAY MAY 8TH 2010 9:OO AM. TO 6:00 PM.

This will be our 7th open house and are we excited! This year we have expanded our garden arts and craft show in addition to our regular activities and events planned for this day. We invite many different artists from our area to participate in our open house. We currently have over 20 vendors signed up! We have had over 400 visitors annually attend the Open House! Our Open House and Craft Fair is an outdoor event takes place on our grounds around our pond and stream. We advertise our open house through our commercials (which hit the Freeport to Galena market and the Southern Wisconsin to Lake Carroll market) we also run several print ads and radio commercials to promote the event. We are working with the Stephenson County Convention and Visitors Center for more public announcements. Vendors are encouraged to promote this event to their current customer base.

We are asking that all our vendors complete the REGISTRATION FORM and confirm they will be attending our open house event by April 30th 2010 (we have extended this date). The fee is $30 for an outside spot and $40 for a spot inside our tent. We also require a $50 deposit due with your application (the deposit is returned to you when you attend and stay until 4pm otherwise this is a cancellation fee). The deposit will reserve your spot. We ask that each vendor take care of his or her own sales and booths. We will have an open-sided tent for those vendors wishing to be under the tent. Tent reservation is on a first come first serve basis. Everyone is welcome to visit us beforehand; we would love to meet everyone! Our current hours are Monday through Saturday 10am – 5pm. Each participant can set up on Friday afternoon after 4:00pm or Saturday between 7-9am. Be sure to notify your customers to come out and support you at the craft fair!

WE REQUIRE THAT EVERYONE PLEASE STAY UNTIL 4:00PM.
We would like to see this event grow into something spectacular for the artists and everyone’s customers. We have always had success in the past even if the weather did not always cooperate.
